All images taken by Catching life are uploaded onto a private gallery hosted by Shoot proof. Each client is sent a unique link accessed via their individual email allowing them to view family pictures for pre purchase selection. These galleries remain open for 30 days for each client to privately view. Images remain on the secured Shoot proof server for 2 years to allow families with the option to reorder if required. Images can be deleted sooner if requested by the client.
Once galleries close, they can only be re accessed if the family member who is connected to the gallery contacts Catching Life and requests another link to be sent.
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
All images taken by Catching life will not be used for advertising of any type unless written consent is given by the person or persons in the images
( written consent from parent or guardian if under the age of 18 is given) .
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
Catching Life reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
